These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nunk New York (N.N.Y) online store and purchases made through it. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean the business operating this store, as identified in our Contact information. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.
Using the store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. Provide accurate information and keep account access secure. Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code or misuse another person's information.
Products and care
Product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, directions and warnings on the product page and packaging help you choose and use a formula. Read them before use. Images are illustrative; screens and production batches may show minor visual differences that do not alter the product's essential characteristics. Your mandatory rights for goods that do not match their description remain intact.
Our skincare and personal-care information, including any automated assistant or quiz, is general product guidance and is not a medical diagnosis or individual treatment advice. Use products as directed and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product results vary between individuals; any specific guarantee offered with your order still applies.
Orders, prices and payment
Review your items, delivery address, currency, taxes and shipping charges before confirming payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance is confirmed when we issue a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law or an express checkout statement provides otherwise.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, a payment failure, suspected fraud or a material listing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment for canceled items. We will not increase the price of an existing order or substitute a different product without your agreement. Price changes apply prospectively.
Promotions and recurring purchases
Promotions are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer, including any eligibility, expiry or combination restrictions. If you choose a subscription or refill plan, the frequency, recurring price, renewal and cancellation conditions presented when you enroll also apply. You authorize only the recurring charges you agree to. Use the available account or subscription controls, or contact us, to manage future renewals. Statutory cancellation rights remain available.
Delivery, returns and privacy
Our Shipping policy explains shipping and delivery support. Our Return and refund policy explains the voluntary guarantee, returns and refunds. Our Privacy policy explains personal-information processing and privacy choices. These documents apply alongside these terms, and mandatory consumer rights take priority.
Brand assets and your content
The store's original branding, design, photographs and editorial content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping and lawful reference. Commercial reproduction or misleading use of the Nunk New York identity requires permission.

If you submit a public review, you retain ownership of your content and grant us a nonexclusive permission to display, reproduce and format it for the store and product communications, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights. Submit content you are entitled to share. We may moderate spam, unlawful material or personal information; we do not require a positive review or prohibit honest criticism. Private support messages are not public reviews.
Third-party services
Checkout, payment, account and other functions may involve Shopify or other providers. Their applicable terms and privacy notices also govern their services. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites. This does not remove our responsibilities for your purchase.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but maintenance, technical interruptions and errors can occur. We will address material errors that affect an order. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access and are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was made.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability, guarantee or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not waive your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
Changes and questions
Updates apply from their stated effective date to future use and purchases. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
